Cycle One: August - October 2012
- showed students and professor how to set up Twitter accounts
- kept AR journal
- collected data using The Archivist - Tweet Archive app
- conducted professor interview
- reflected on actions and modified Cycle 2 questions based on this
- cycle one report posted on web site and in learning circle forums
Cycle Two: October - December 2012
- met with professor to include new action details - context for students and guided tech use
- kept AR journal
- collected data using The Archivist - Tweet Archive app
- conducted professor interview
- created and sent our student poll
- reflected on actions and modified Cycle 3 question based on this
- cycle two report posted on web site and in learning circle forums
Cycle Three: January - February 2013
- meet with one professor and class to show how to set up Twitter accounts and give context and guidelines for use
- meet with second professor and class for Twitter set up and give context and guidelines for use
- meet with third student group for Glassboard set up and give context and guidelines for use
- keep AR journal
- collect data weekly using the Archivist - Tweet Archive
- manually collect data for Glassboard group
- conduct two professor interviews at mid point of this cycle - Feb. 5 - 7
- create and send out student poll for all three groups
- conduct professor interviews
- reflect on actions and modify Cycle 4 question based on this
- post cycle 3 report in learning circle forum and on website
Cycle Four: March - April 2013
- meet with professors to include new action details -
- keep AR journal

- analyze and synthesize data from all four cycles and write AR report
